Brian LeClercq is a lifelong Oswego resident and is happily married to his wife, Ann, for 14 years. The couple has two children.
An honors graduate from the University of Illinois in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Brian is currently employed by NatCity Investments as a Registered Investment Advisor and Financial Consultant, and has been at NatCity for 9 years.
Brian is a common sense leader who has served the community in the past as a board member for the Oswegoland Optimist Club, Big Brother-Big Sister Advisory Council, Waubonsee Community College Alumni Association, and Aurora Downtown. He has developed strong leadership skills as Chairman of the Paramount Arts Centre Board of Trustees, Help Replant the Fox Riverbanks, and the Local Finance Committee for Boy Scouts of America. Elected to the Village Board in 2005, Brian currently serves on the Finance Committee, Community Development Committee and Legislative and Policy Committee, and has previously worked on the ECO Committee. Brian continues to be a voice for smart development on the Village Board during Committee of the Whole Meetings and regular Village Board meetings.
